 50 Series Medical Casters

FEATURES:

  • Finish: bright nickel plated for attractive appearance and rust and corrosion resistance.
  • Design: heavy gauge cold rolled steel, formed for strength.
  • Dust Cap: all swivel models feature dust cap which protects swivel raceway bearings and improves performance.
  • Swivel Construction: double ball bearing with hardened raceways.
  • Axle: 3/8” diameter bolt with lock nut.
  • King Pin: 1/2” steel rivet, hydraulically upset.
     

CASTER OPTIONS:

2-position and 4-position Swivel Locks: available in 90° intervals – consult factory.
Precision Ball Wheel Bearing: Sealed precision ball bearing available for most wheels – consult factory.
Optional Top Plate Sizes: variety of top plate sizes available – consult factory.
Total Lock - simultaneously locks swivel and wheel in any position. Thermoplastic brake pedal is maintenance-free and provides positive locking force. Step-on to engage; step-off to disengage.
Swivel Lock – swivel locks in trailing position at 180° while wheel spins freely.
Thermoplastic brake pedal is maintenance-free and provides positive locking force.
Step on to engage; step-off to disengage.
